A native of Laguna Beach, California, Lisa brings her West Coast experience and sensibility to Portland, Maine. Lisa began assisting her clients with buying and selling luxury, waterfront homes as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in California. For 13 years, she developed an extensive clientele and a flawless reputation as one of Orange County’s top brokers. She parlayed her experience in the upscale real estate market to a position as a coach with the Mike Ferry Organization, a nationally recognized real estate training program. Since joining her husband, Matt, in Maine in 2007, Lisa has turned her attention towards real estate marketing, advertising, and design. Joe Hezlep – Director of Operations
Joe is a native of Maine. He joins Landing Real Estate as the Director of Operations handling many of the day to day tasks of the office. Joe’s background and knowledge of real estate extends back to 2005 as he brings an extensive knowledge from technology to operations. Additionally, Joe is current the head boys Lacrosse Coach at Scarborough High School and an Assistant Football Coach. At Scarborough, he has coached the team to 6 Class A Maine State Championships. Previous to Landing Real Estate, Joe worked in special education, including working at Spring Harbor Academy, a school that specializes in children with autism.
Katie’s goal in real estate is to provide the assistance needed for the buyer and seller to come together. With over 12 years of experience in sales and customer service, she understands what is important to her clients. Deb is a Maine native, growing up in Portland and now living in South Portland with her three children, Ashley, Michael and Matthew. Before becoming a real estate agent, she worked at UNUM for 17 years. During her time there she bought and sold over 150 bank owned properties where she renovated the properties including staging and successfully selling them. She enjoyed the process so much; she decided to get her real estate license over 5 years ago. Deb works all over Cumberland county and understands how to work with all parties; buyer, sellers, investors and banks. She prides herself on her integrity, commitment, passion and having fun.

She enjoys frequenting major cities in the U.S. abroad with her precocious daughter, Beatrix. Nichole is a Maine native and proud to be raising her child in Vacationland.
Meghan has lived in Maine her entire life, currently residing in North Yarmouth with her husband and two daughters.
The home buying process has always been a passion for Meghan. Prior to any purchase or sale, It’s always been important for Meghan to not only meet the needs of any client, but to also provide them with a vision. Over 10 years ago, Meghan and her husband started a portfolio of buying distressed properties, renovating and reselling them. Kathleen joins Landing from the hospitality industry. Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Kathleen moved to the east coast 7 years ago. She loves spending time exploring Maine’s coast and hiking trails with her boyfriend, friends and puppy. She also enjoys following the Red Sox and travels regularly.

Ashley has just relocated back to the Greater Portland area to pursue her career, after spending the past two years taking college courses focused on marketing, sales and negotiation. Garrin is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a native of Windham Maine. This transitioned into being a full time carpenter for five years while attending college.
