Jessica Falcone of Landing Real Estate, considers the options for a First Time Home Buyer:
What does it mean to you to buy your FIRST home? It used to require twenty dollars in your pocket, and a handshake. Now it requires specialization in the process: From figuring out your budget, to shopping for a loan, to learning about the programs and options… Oh and I forgot to mention the process is a lot more seamless when you actually LIKE the Loan Officer and Agent you’ve chosen to hire! Choosing the proper Agent is key, as this person takes on the task of negotiating a purchase price, scheduling an inspection and appraisal, keeping track of the paperwork, knowing the state regulations, and more. Having a healthy chemistry and rapport with whom you choose to hire is just like trusting your financial advisor with that million dollars in your account, which you can’t wait to spend on a piece of Maine Real Estate.
Buying a home is one of the top nail-biting processes we go through as humans. Although there are some investors out there who buy and sell like it’s picking up a tab for coffee, for some of us it can be stressful and scary, especially since we are tapping into this unknown territory for the first time. Since I’ve been in the real estate business, I have had an opportunity to see what it really takes to be a home purchaser, and moreover, a FIRST TIME home purchaser. Buying your first home WILL BE exhilarating and empowering, and seamless! Say it with me folks, “Buying my first home will be exhilarating, empowering, and seamless!”
Thank you for reading, and I look forward to working with you!
